Your hardtop can stay right on the RollnJack lift after removing it from your Jeep. We also have travel and storage bags where you can store your RollnJack parts after disassembly and even take with you in your Jeep!
When using the RollnJack it is best to first wheel the RollnJack into the back of your Jeep as far as possible. It is even best for the base pole of the Jack to touch your bumper; the more the RollnJack is wheeled in the better it can support, lift, and store your hardtop. The front posts should be as close to the roll bar as possible (but not underneath or past the roll bar). To further summarize the RollnJack should be rolled into the back of your jeep as far as possible and the front posts should be as close to the roll bar as possible.
The Rollnjack is fully adjustable to accommodate the ribbed contours on the Jeep hardtop. All the posts do not necessarily have to be at the same height. See pictures below for different configurations.
No. On cars, we have 'shock absorber' suspension that decouples the passengers and loads from the road vibrations, bumps etc. The RollnJack lift was designed and engineered in the same way. If there is a rough pavement or damaged floor, then the RollnJack lift will deliberately flex to absorb any shock to your expensive Jeep hardtop.

No. The Rollnjack was engineered to have a little lean so it is easier to align the pins when installing the hardtop. Please note to position the two front top posts as close as possible to the Roll Bar prior to lifting the hardtop. This will help reduce excessive lean.

Instead of taking 30 minutes or much longer to remove and replace your top with straps or a hoist, the RollnJack lift allows you to remove and don your hardtop in less than a minute without the assistance of others. Even people less than 100 pounds have removed the hardtop using the RollnJack with ease.
The RollnJack lift will not damage your paint job as it does not touch the outside of the Jeep or your hardtop at all when used properly.
No. The RollNJack lifts in an incremental fashion and will softly engage your Jeep hardtop with the EVA foam covered 4 top posts.
Will It Work On My Rig?
Yes. The RollnJack works on most modified Jeeps thanks to the adjustment handle and the pop pins on each arm.
The RollnJack is designed to lift the Jeep Hardtop only. It works on:
• 2007-Present Jeeps (JK & JL)
• 2 & 4-Door Jeeps
• Lifted Jeeps (Fully Adjustable)
The RollnJack top posts never have to clear the Rollbar. Position the two front top posts as closely as possible to the rollbar and then lift the Jeep hardtop off. Most of the weight is on the back of the hardtop so it will counter balance when lifted. We added a 5th support arm for extra safety and to protect your Jeep hardtop. Insert the 5th safety support arm after the top is lifted and clear of the rollbar.
Yes! The RollnJack lift works on both 2-door and 4-door Jeep Wrangler models.
Yes! The RollnJack lift is compatible with 4 door Ford Bronco Gen 6 with our half-moon posts available on Amazon. Please do not attempt to use the RollnJack on a 2-door Bronco or an older model Bronco. Make sure you have the half-moon posts on correctly before use.
Yes, but only with the 4 ‘half moon’ top post parts available on our amazon.com store. These parts are needed to accommodate older 97-06 Jeep TJs. See photos below.
The later model year 97-06 Jeeps came with a sound bar attached to the roll cage in that location. It was a factory option.

The RollnJack takes the average person 15 minutes or less to assemble. We also designed the RollnJack to only require two tools to make assembly that much simpler. See how easy it is for yourself!

There are two ways to adjust the height of the RollnJack: by using theTurnNGo Handleor adjusting the pop-pins on each arm.
For a stock Jeep®, place pop-pins in hole marked 1. There are nine other hole settings to accommodate most lifted Jeeps.
Use theTurnNGo Handlehandle to lift your top and put it back on your Jeep. TheTurnNGo Handletechnology is designed with seamless motion that prevents sudden body weight drops to protect your hardtop.
Please place the jack tube into main base tube and rotate the handle clockwise until the holes are aligned. The bolts will then fit into the holes.
